Madison , Owner

After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with an Advertising & PR degree, Madison embarked on a culinary journey through North Carolina and Chicago. A trained pastry chef, Madison has an eye for precision and organization. After returning to NC, she joined the Chirba Chirba food truck family, combining her culinary career and marketing education. From there, she became the program director for the Raleigh Durham Mobile Food Association, an organization of 60 plus food trucks. This experience granted her the opportunity to make deep connections in the RDU food truck scene. After gaining a deep understanding through this organization of the daily struggles food truck owners face, Consult & Pepper was born in January 2019!

From that time, our services expanded beyond food trucks, into restaurants, catering companies and even with private event hosts. Madison now onboards new clients, manages her incredible team, and is constantly seeking new opportunities to help small food & beverage business owners succeed!

Admin & Catering Accounts Manager

With over a decade of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Megan brings a unique blend of financial expertise and operational know-how to Consult and Peppers. As Account Manager, she oversees payments, invoicing, and all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Her career has spanned office management, restaurant assistant management, event coordination, and wedding planning, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how to optimize sales and elevate client experiences. Driven by a passion for seeing projects come together seamlessly, Megan thrives on creating success not only for the business, but for the clients and communities it serves.

Molly

Food Truck Accounts Manager

Molly, an organized and detail-oriented event planner with more than four years of experience in planning and executing meetings and events. After completing her two undergraduate degrees, Molly received her masters certificate in Event Management from the International Institute of Event Management. At Consult & Pepper, Molly manages client accounts, working directly with each client to meet their needs and promote growth of their businesses.

Emily

Venue Accounts Manager

Emily is a recent graduate of NC State University, where she earned her degree in Tourism and Event Management. She also holds a Certification in Venue Management, further strengthening her expertise in the events industry.

During her time at NC State, Emily gained valuable hands-on experience through an internship that involved planning and coordinating a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

Now as a part of the team at Consult and Pepper, Emily brings her passion and organizational skills to every event she works on. She thrives on helping clients bring their visions to life and finds true joy in creating meaningful and memorable experiences. Whether it's a milestone birthday or a company retreat, Emily is dedicated to ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed and seamlessly delivered.
